anyway, they have started in some where, butthis is not fully OK as expected, because MTNoffered cheaper data plans compare to this. You can get 10GB on MTN for N5000 while Etislat 10GB goes for N10,000. Etisalat you need to wake up fully, your data plans still need better adjustment.
